If I or my recipient hasn’t received the ordered flowers, what should I do?

Yes, you will, by email and/or SMS.
What will happen if the address recipient is not available to receive the delivery?
In that case, our delivery team will hand over the ordered flowers or gifts that available at that same address. If the delivery is failed due to erroneous address by the sender, a S$15 is applicable for a redirection fee.
